Lumistar

So, I thought it was about time I redesigned my favourite and most drawn character and here she is!

This is Lumistar. She has a last name too, but I'm keeping that close to my chest at the moment.
Lu is a fire dragon, though she does have other abilities too. The choker around her neck is made of pure gold. Also, see the gold triangle-wave-things on the smaller part of the wing membranes, nearest her body? They are only on the outside; if she had been facing toward us then membranes would be yellow, the same as the rest.

Physically, she's of average build and height, but slightly on the smaller side. Being a fire dragon, she has average flying abilities and can move around easily on the ground. She can swim, as learning how was mandatory for the school she attended. However, she will avoid it if she can and is only good enough to not drown if she falls into a lake and she cannot do it for long.

Personality-wise? She's very bubbly and happy; she loves to learn and as a result never shuts up either asking questions to learn more or chattering endlessly about some new thing she's learned. She is very bookish, but that doesn't mean that she won't slog around through a swamp on a whim; not everything can be learned from books, after all.
She holds manners in very high esteem, as she was raised by parents who were older than most and so were old-fashioned in their views on how someone should act. That said though, being raised by strict parents has resulted in a more subtle rebellious-streak. In short? She's a secret prankster, which she can masterfully cover up.

That's about it for now. Though I did listen to a song repeatedly as I was drawing this, which I like to think of as Lumistar's theme.
